We can pro-actively monitor the real-time status of the network, security and end-user devices so that we detect and resolve issues before they impact users.
If its holiday cover or you are looking to fill a position in the future and require short term IT resource, Excelien is at hand, we merge into the department, document our work and provide a full handover when the position is filled.
With the pace the IT world is changing, projects are neverending and keeping up with the documentation for these can be a further project on its own. Excelien provides a bespoke service in which our team will document the projects completed following ITIL practises.
Once the clock hits 5pm, switch over to Excelien for OOH support, where we can provide end-user support for whatever task is required, and switch back to you the next morning.
